The Core- Top Tips this Christmas
The team at Core Health Consultancy thought we’d share some of our top tips to make you think differently about over indulging this Christmas,
This is purely about damage limitation – not fun limitation!
Eat well at home before going to a party, you will snack less if you are already full.
Step away from the buffet. If you are near it, you will eat it. Chit chat and mindless eating are your enemy.
Go big on vegetables on Christmas Day, the more sprouts you stuff the less space you will have for all the fatty trimmings.
If you don’t like mince pies- then don’t eat them! Stating the obvious but we’ve all done it.
Just one more? If it’s getting hard to swallow, you’ve probably had enough!
Finally, wear tight trousers.. Unbuttoning them in public is not a desirable look for anyone!
Most importantly, Enjoy your family time, be happy and cherish the moments that Christmas can bring.
