Every Monday morning at 11am, David brings his knowledge and experience to the Falmouth Hotel and holds an hour long, free, drop-in valuation session where you can bring along your treasures for appraisal. This is a relaxed, no obligation meeting, where you can enjoy a coffee in the pleasant surroundings of the Hotel’s bar, whilst benefiting from the knowledge of one of the most experienced auctioneers and valuers in the country.

The Egyptian cat was an item that made headline news a couple of years ago. David discovered it doing a routine valuation appointment in Penzance. The owners had no idea it was valuable and had been about to throw it in a skip they had outside. It was 2500 years old and sold for £52,000.
