The dining experience, using at every opportunity the wonderful natural larder that Cornwall provides.

Our Head Chef, has an emphasis on creating dishes which use the freshest produce, are simple and full of flavour, always taking advantage of the changing seasons to offer a wide and varied selection of dishes which reflect seasonal specialities.

The temperature of the dishes depends on their contents and varies from tepid to hot, but never very hot.

We apologise if your desired choice is not available,we use fresh and local produce delivered daily, sometimes due to popularity a certain dish may sell out.

We are happy to accommodate guest’s requests provided we have the ingredients available to do so.

To our knowledge no genetically modified food is used.
